With over 20 years experience I have amassed a wealth of knowledge, whether it is a new build’s blank canvas or a pre-loved garden from the past, every garden I work on seems to offer something new or provides a new kind of design puzzle for me to solve…..And I love it!
I would say the key to creating the perfect design is really getting know your clients, what they want and what they like, and then all I have to do is work through the design process to solve the puzzle.
Not only can I apply my acquired knowledge to the gardens of new clients, I can also share what I have learnt by giving garden talks to community groups. In fact, I have given talks to a diverse range of groups including regional AGM’s, schools, Scouts, WI groups and many more, but, its the gardening clubs that ask me back year after year. There’s even one group I have been back to for 10 years in a row!
